Workday Lead Advance Compensation & Total Rewards Consultant

About the role

The Planet Group is partnering with a company based in Chicago, IL to hire a Workday Lead Advanced Compensation and Total Rewards Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and support of Workday Advanced Compensation and Total Rewards programs.
• Combine deep functional expertise in compensation, rewards, and HR processes with some Workday configuration and consulting capabilities.
• Lead business transformation initiatives and drive change management efforts.
• Support end-user adoption through training and development programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, Human Resources, HCM systems, or Workday consulting.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience with significant focus on Advanced Compensation and HCM.
• Strong functional expertise in compensation programs, salary planning, incentive programs, and Total Rewards processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Workday solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading change management and organizational adoption initiatives.
• Experience developing and delivering end-user training and enablement programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and consulting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, HR leaders, and technical teams.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate comes from a background in HR and/or Compensation Analysts who have evolved into Workday consulting.

$110-120/hr
