About the role

This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical configuration for annual cycles (ATR and Comp Planning)
  • Translate urgent business needs into scalable Workday solutions
  • Share knowledge and assist peers, escalating risks promptly
  • Serve as the primary expert for Workday HCM and Compensation
  • Utilize Workday Prism for high-volume data reporting
  • Design pixel-perfect compensation and stock statements
  • Drive product-led strategic projects from discovery to deployment
  • Manage KLTO work with high precision
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and Workday security
  • Translate complex business needs into technical requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in HRIS and People Systems
  • 3+ years deep configuration experience in Workday HCM, Reporting, and Advanced Compensation
  • Experience handling confidential information
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders
  • Expertise in Workday Prism Analytics, EIB, and BIRT
  • Proven leadership in Annual Comp and Performance cycles
  • Advanced proficiency in Matrix and Composite reporting
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay
