Workday Integration Engineer (Workday Studio)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Engineer with strong expertise in Workday Studio to design, develop, and support enterprise integrations. This is a technical integration role, not a Workday HRIS/Functional position.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance.
• Prepare technical documentation and support Workday releases.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Integration development.
• Strong experience with Workday Studio (mandatory).
• Expertise in EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and Workday APIs.
• Experience building and supporting inbound/outbound integrations.
• Strong integration troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Experience with Git, SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD.
