Workday Integration Developer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Workday Integration Developer to join the People Technology team managing large‑scale company initiatives. The successful candidate will be focused, flexible, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple deadlines, acting as the point of contact for assigned projects and tickets.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incident and change requests for Workday in a BAU capacity.
• Provide deep‑level analysis and consultation for potential system enhancements and new features on the Workday Integration system.
• Utilize expertise with EIB, Security, PECI, PICOF, API, Workday Studio, and Reporting.
• Participate in change transformation projects, delivering analysis, consultancy, and configuration changes.
• Support creation of test scripts relevant to changes or projects.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end system enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with HR and other corporate teams to lead and drive end‑to‑end Workday system improvements.
• Balance BAU requests alongside transformation projects.

Requirements

• Workday experience within a Global HR Transformation programme or HRIS BAU capacity.
• Experience in an HR Operations/Shared Service environment.
• Integration configuration skills.
• Proficiency with EIB, Security, PECI, PICOF, API, Workday Studio, and Reporting.
• Configuration skills within core HCM functionality of Workday.
• Business Process Configuration and Security configuration (a bonus).
• Advanced Reporting Writer skills.
• Cross‑module knowledge in other Workday areas such as Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management (beneficial).
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, with experience working with multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix structure.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities to address system issues.
