Workday Integration Developer

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of HR tech solutions across platforms
• Design and implement AI-driven HR solutions to enhance employee experiences
• Act as a strategic partner to HR, Payroll, and IT, translating tech concepts into business value
• Develop data-driven business cases for P&C technology investments
• Create and execute agile implementation plans and comprehensive testing strategies

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering or systems integration with 4+ years in Workday Integrations framework
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and practical use in enterprise workflows
• Proven ability to lead agile teams and manage vendor relationships
• Strong skills in building business cases and measuring ROI for tech solutions
• Foundational knowledge of Workday integrations, Payroll, EIBs, and advanced reporting techniques

Pay

$134,400 – $168,000 annually
