Workday Integration Developer

About the role

Build, enhance, and support enterprise Workday HR integrations that enable critical HR and business processes for an industry-leading organization that values collaboration, technical excellence, and reliable integration performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Workday HR integrations across multiple endpoints and platforms
• Build and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors in a hands-on development capacity
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex integration issues by identifying root causes and implementing durable fixes
• Support integration testing, production deployments, and ongoing monitoring to ensure stable performance
• Partner with HR, technical, and business stakeholders while independently managing assigned integration work

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HR integration development experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Studio
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Core Connectors
• Strong troubleshooting/debugging skills with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders
