Workday HCM - Systems Analyst/Project Leader

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Lead Systems Analyst with strong Project Management/Scrum Master experience to support and lead HR systems operations. This role will oversee day-to-day activities while partnering closely with leadership during a major transformation initiative.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for HR systems operations, managing high-volume, fast-paced issues
• Lead incident management and triage, partnering closely with technology teams
• Own backlog prioritization and guide the team on delivery and execution
• Drive day-to-day operational management while supporting larger transformation efforts
• Communicate effectively with global stakeholders, including creating and delivering enterprise-wide communications for HR-related system events
• Manage change control processes, including Workday releases
• Develop documentation, reporting, and PowerPoint materials, including stakeholder identification and communication plans
• Build an understanding of system integrations and end-to-end touchpoints

Qualifications

• Strong experience in HR systems (Workday required; LMD or other TA tools preferred)
• Proven background in project management and/or Scrum leadership
• Experience managing global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Ability to operate as a hands-on operator and strategic partner
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Background in HR environments is required
