Workday HCM Analyst
About the role
This position will be on the Core HCM Workday product team. This person will be a key partner with business and product stakeholders to gather/refine requirements, assist with development, and complete UAT testing prior to release. Excellent communication is a must as they will be working closely with executive-level employees, as well as the product team.
Responsibilities
- Gather and refine requirements for Workday HCM
- Support development and testing phases of projects
- Collaborate with business and product stakeholders
- Work closely with executive-level employees and the product team
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM in an analyst or lead role
- Strong experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing
- Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time)
- Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations
- Prior Workday certification
- Experience supporting Workday tenants in large, complex organizations

Schedule
Candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Minneapolis or Charlotte.
Pay
$61-64 per hour
