Workday HCM Analyst
What's the Job?
Support and optimize the Workday HCM platform, ensuring it meets organizational needs
Partner with business stakeholders to gather and refine system requirements
Assist with configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday solutions
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system updates and enhancements
Collaborate with the product team and executive-level employees to ensure effective communication and project success
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM in an analyst or lead role
- Strong experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing
- Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule at the Minneapolis location
