Workday HCM Solutions Architect Lead
About the role
Join a dynamic team as a Lead Workday HCM Solution Architect, responsible for leading and delivering innovative HR technology projects within the Human Capital Management (HCM) domain. Utilize your strong project management expertise, deep analytical skills, and solution architecture creativity to optimize Workday functionalities. Partner closely with clients to understand their pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance system efficiency. Lead functional projects, configure new functionalities, and architect cohesive Workday HCM and Compensation solutions while managing a small team of functional analysts. Mentor junior staff and ensure all deliverables meet organizational standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including Core and Advanced Compensation
- 3+ years of project management experience in HR technology initiatives
- 2+ years of people management experience, mentoring and leading teams
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and Workday best practices
Qualifications
U.S. citizenship required due to operational security, with a focus on delivering impactful technology solutions in a collaborative environment.
