Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Workday implementation delivery
- Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and implementation teams
- Manage project governance, timelines, risks, RAID logs, and executive reporting
- Cook up cross-functional Workday workstreams (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Time Tracking, Security, Reporting, Integrations, and more)
- Oversee testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
- Drive communication, organizational readiness, and stakeholder alignment
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Workday Engagement Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead experience
- Active Workday Certification (required)
- Previous experience with a Workday Certified Services Partner (required)
- Proven success leading full lifecycle enterprise Workday implementations
- Strong project governance, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing large, cross-functional implementation teams
Preferred
- Full-suite Workday implementation experience (HCM and/or Financials)
- Global or multi-country implementation experience
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification
