Workday Developer

About the role

Seeking an experienced Workday Benefits and Recruiting module configuration, Workday Integration Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Studio. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and support Benefits and Recruiting functional configurations to ensure seamless end‑to‑end HR processes. Only U.S. Citizens and U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) are eligible; sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be currently located within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Workday Benefits and Recruiting functional configurations.
• Ensure seamless end‑to‑end HR processes.
• Work on Workday Integration and Configuration tasks.
• Support end‑to‑end Workday implementations or post‑production support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of configuring Workday Benefits and Recruiting modules.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Workday Studio.
• Solid experience with Workday Integration and Configuration.
• Experience supporting end‑to‑end Workday implementations or post‑production support.
• Strong understanding of the Workday Business Process Framework.

Skills

• XML, XSLT, JSON
• SOAP & REST Web Services
• RaaS and Advanced Reporting
• Experience with ISU, security domains, and authentication policies
