About the role

Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size, scope, and individual skill-sets, the Senior Associate can expect a heavy focus on material client interaction, project management, intensive data analysis, identifying the “so-what’s” in data, and creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Senior Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements, write functional specifications, conduct tests, troubleshoot issues, and interface with business users
  • Lead project workstreams with little to no supervision
  • Solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking
  • Apply strong analytical skills coupled with functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions
  • Articulate results and issues effectively to internal and client teams through strong verbal and written communication
  • Travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or other internal project teams

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users
  • Workday implementation experience with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Strategic Sourcing, or Contract Lifecycle Management (required)
  • Practical or implementation experience in Workday with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Contracts, Strategic Sourcing, or Contract Lifecycle Management (preferred)
  • Certification in Workday Financials/Supply Chain or practical experience with the application
  • 1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering

Pay

The estimated base salary range for this job is $115,000 - $145,000. The range represents a good faith estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on skills, certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This role is also eligible for Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, with a total estimated compensation range of $128,800 - $166,700, inclusive of the incentive opportunity.
