About the role

The Emerging ERP Solutions practice brings clients the best in cloud-based ERP applications like Workday Financials and Infor. The practice helps transform finance and supply-chain processes, making them more efficient and cost-effective. Teams use Deloitte's vast expertise to deliver lasting results for clients, working closely with CFOs, CIOs, and Business Unit leaders to provide business transformation and ongoing assistance across industries. Projects span Workday Financials, Supply Chain Management, Infor Solutions, Microsoft Dynamics, and Sustainability Technology and Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support activities of one of the project's workstreams.
• Coordinate schedules.
• Create documentation and collateral.
• Create and execute test/use cases.
• Configure Workday software.
• Assist with prioritization and sequencing of the workstream's efforts.
• Assist project leadership as required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• 1+ implementation of Financials ERP.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Workday certification, or successfully completing relevant Workday certification upon joining.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred

• Workday Financials implementation experience.
• Functional knowledge of financial processes and systems.
• Presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).

Pay

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $91,100 to $179,500. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
