Workday Consultant

Job Description

In this contingent resource assignment, you may:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• This position will be on the Absence Workday product team. This person will be a key partner with business and product stakeholders to gather/refine requirements, assist with development, and complete UAT testing prior to release.
• Excellent communication is a must as they will be working closely with executive-level employees, as well as the product team.
• Candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at the Price Road address in Chandler.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional Workday modules (Payroll, Benefits, Core HCM, etc.)
• Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations
• Prior Workday certification
• Experience supporting Workday tenants in large, complex organizations
