Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support the Workday Talent and Learning modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions.
- Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver system enhancements.
- Configure business processes, security, reports, dashboards, and notifications.
- Support Workday releases by evaluating new features and recommending improvements.
- Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely functional support.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.
- Ensure system configurations align with business needs and Workday best practices.
Required Skills
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience with strong Workday Functional expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Talent and Learning modules.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM business processes and configuration.
- Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and business process configuration.
- Knowledge of Workday security and data management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile project environments is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday certification in Talent, Learning, or HCM is a plus.
- Experience with Workday integrations and additional HCM modules is an advantage.
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
