About This Opportunity
AG Consulting Partners is building its consultant pipeline for current and future client engagements. This posting is a pipeline opportunity and is not tied to a specific open role. We're seeking experienced professionals with backgrounds in Project or Program Management, Change Management, Business Analysis, Data Migration, Training Consultants, Business Transformation and related disciplines, with a specific focus in Workday ERP implementations. We offer W2 employment for consultants located in Washington State and Texas and also partner with professionals nationwide through 1099 and/or LLC engagements.
As a Workday Consultant for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:
- Partnering with agency leaders, functional teams, and implementation partners to translate operational needs into future-state Workday processes
- Leading current-state assessments and future-state design sessions across areas such as finance, HR, payroll, procurement, and reporting
- Identifying process gaps, dependencies, risks, and policy considerations that could affect implementation readiness
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops, documenting business requirements, and driving decisions across multiple agencies or departments
- Supporting organizational change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption planning
- Cooking testing, data validation, deployment readiness, and issue resolution to ensure the Workday solution meets business and regulatory requirements
- Developing executive-ready updates that clearly communicate progress, risks, decisions, and recommended next steps
- Helping establish standardized processes while accounting for the governance, compliance, and operational complexities of the public sector

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business transformation, ERP implementation, management consulting, or large-scale process improvement
- Experience supporting Workday or a comparable enterprise ERP implementation across functions such as HR, payroll, finance, procurement, or reporting
- Demonstrated experience assessing current-state operations and designing standardized future-state business processes
- Strong understanding of public-sector governance, compliance, procurement, and stakeholder-management considerations
- Ability to gather and document business requirements, process flows, decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Prowess in working independently, influencing without authority, and operating effectively in ambiguous environments

Pay
- The annual salary range for this role is: $100,000 - 145,000 W2 base salary, in addition to our comprehensive benefits package (for those based in WA state or TX)
- The annual compensation range for this role for 1099 contractors is: $120,000 - 165,000 (for those based outside of WA state or TX)
