About the role
UST is seeking a Workday Certified Time & Absence Consultant Lead II - Enterprise Solutions to join our team. This role involves ensuring successful deployment of Workday solutions, fostering the development of other consultants, and supporting proposal preparations and client demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document client business requirements
- Design and configure the Workday solution
- Demonstrate configurations through prototype systems
- Assist in testing the Workday solution
- Complete knowledge transfer to clients
- Work with confidential client/data conversion team to convert legacy data into Workday
- Aid the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
- Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model
- Communicate clearly and concisely
- Collaborate effectively with team members to address complex tasks/requirements
Requirements
- Current Workday Partner Absence and/or Time Tracking Certification
- 4+ years configuring and implementing a combination of Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously (a plus)
Qualifications
- Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.
- Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
