Workday Architect

About the role

This is a direct hire role - W2 only - NO C2C candidates, NO 3rd parties - no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work on site in Pittsburgh, PA (hybrid work schedule 3 days in the office, 2 days from home) as a W2 salaried employee w/o any current OR future visa sponsorship (no C2C, no 3rd party vendors)
• Workday configuration and administration experience across HCM, payroll, and benefits, including complex business processes, security frameworks, organizations, reporting, and data structures
• Experience with large-scale enterprise Workday environments (platform governance, enhancement delivery, release management, operational support and continuous improvement, business process design, security administration, calculated fields, reporting, organizational structures, and tenant management, etc, etc)
• Experience supporting corporate actions like mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and workforce integrations within Workday
• Experience supporting complex workforce: unionized employees, manufacturing operations, multiple legal entities, and diverse pay and benefits structures
