Work Order Specialist
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content.
We have:
- Description: "Do you want to join a team of individuals who are making a difference? Renewing Management has been restoring hope by transforming communities across Indiana for over 20 years. We are a passionate and driven team of committed professionals where every voice is heard and the best idea wins." This could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". Use heading "About the role". We'll put that as About the role
then
with that text. - Position Summary: "The Work Order Specialist is responsible for completing resident Service Requests and providing excellent customer service to residents, staff, and vendors." Could be part of About the role or separate? Could be "Responsibilities". But we have a list of duties later. The Position Summary is a brief overview; we could include it in About the role paragraph. - Essential Duties And Responsibilities: a long list of duties. We'll put under
Responsibilities
with- each duty.
- Requirements: includes "SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:" then bullet list of skills: On-call availability..., Great mechanical aptitude..., Communicate effectively..., Ability to self-direct..., Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, Hand tools necessary... Then "Education, Training And/Or Experience": high school diploma..., 1 to 3 years..., EPA Universal certificate preferred, Pool maintenance experience preferred. Then Physical Requirements, Vision Requirements, Hearing Requirements, Speaking Requirements, Driving/Traveling Requirements, Work Environment, Reasoning Development Requirements, Reasonable accommodations..., Supervisory Responsibility None.
We need to decide sections: Could combine Skills and Qualifications under "Skills" or "Qualifications". The instruction says use headings like Skills, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have no Pay or Schedule info. So we should not create those sections.
We have Benefits section: "Our people are the organization’s greatest asset..." etc. So we will have
Benefits
with- items.
We also have Equal Employment Opportunity boilerplate which we must remove. Also note about job description not all-inclusive etc remove.
We must not include duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all duties, skills, qualifications, education, physical requirements etc. However we need to format as HTML with headings and lists.
We must decide how to structure: Could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe split into Skills and Qualifications, Education & Experience, Physical Requirements, etc). But instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine many under "Requirements" heading with sub-lists? But we must use
for section headings only; we cannot have subheadings unless they are also
. But we could embed paragraphs inside the section. We could have:
About the role
...
Responsibilities
- ...
Requirements
... (skills and qualifications list as
- maybe?)
But we need to include education, physical requirements etc. Could be separate sections: "Qualifications", "Physical Requirements", etc. However instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. But we need to preserve all info; we could put all under Requirements with multiple
