Work Order Specialist

Responsibilities

• Aid in customer requests
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Distribute and filter customer service emails daily
• Review and process work orders in compliance with Easy Ice SOP, based on tech notes and pictures
• Create and distribute Preventive Maintenance work orders to service partners
• Review Preventive Maintenance invoices
• Reschedule Preventive Maintenance work orders, as needed
• Maintain adherence to Maintenance Plan schedule
• Consistently increase technical knowledge
• Maintain customer and service provider contact lists
• Escalate work orders needing additional attention or service needs
• Update and clean up customer information within Salesforce
• Perform back-office administration and paperwork
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• 5 years Customer Service or equivalent experience preferred
• Intermediate level of technical aptitude
• Team-oriented
• Self-starter
• Detailed oriented and high level of accuracy delivered
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
• Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use
• Prolonged periods of time sitting
