The Work Life Program

The Work Life program is a job readiness course designed to aid low-income individuals in developing the skills, character, and strong relationships necessary to secure employment. Participants in the program generally require a 3 Allies to 5 Participants ratio, though this may vary.

• Build long-term relationships with participants to guide and assist them through the program.
• Avoid speaking discouraging words to participants who may be facing physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual struggles.
• Assist participants with the training material provided by facilitators.
• Show compassion and extend kindness to all participants.
• Show willingness to pray with participants.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak encouraging words to participants who may be struggling.
• Ability to assist participants with training material presented by facilitators.
• An Ally must have a compassionate nature.
• Has the ability and willingness to pray with participants.
