Work Control Planner
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule etc. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove "Note SRNS is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Security Clearance Information" maybe? It's substantive? It mentions security clearance required. That is relevant. Should we include as a section? Possibly under Requirements or Qualifications. But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose which sections have content.
We have content: "Who We Are" description about SRNS. That could be About the role? Actually "Who We Are" is company overview. Could be About the role? Might be better as About the role? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings if content exists.
We have Salary Range $80,892 - $113,448 with note. That's Pay. So we need Pay section.
We have Benefits list: medical, dental, vision, critical illness, accident insurance, employer paid life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k) with match, wellness programs, paid time off and holidays, discounts etc. So Benefits section.
We have Schedule? Not mentioned. No schedule info. So omit Schedule.
We have Responsibilities: "Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include ..." repeated twice. We can combine into a list.
We have Requirements/Qualifications: Required Qualifications (Associate's degree ... OR High school diploma ...). Also "We'd Also Like to See" list (Associate's degree in Business..., Experience in planning..., Thorough knowledge..., Knowledge of materials planning..., Thorough understanding...). Those could be Qualifications or Skills. We have separate headings for Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. We need to decide mapping.
We could put Required Qualifications under Requirements (or Qualifications). And "We'd Also Like to See" under Qualifications or Skills. The instruction: Use headings as examples; we can choose which to include. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include both sets.
We could have:
About the role
with the "Who We Are" paragraph(s). Might also include Job Family etc? That's more about role. Could include Job Family Maintenance Discipline Work Control Career Level T3 etc. That's role info.
Better: About the role includes description of role, job family, discipline, career level, etc.
Responsibilities: list of duties.
Requirements: maybe the mandatory qualifications (Associate's degree ... OR High school diploma ...). Also security clearance requirement? Could be part of Requirements.
Qualifications: the "We'd Also Like to See" items.
Skills: maybe the specific skills like project management, cost control, materials planning, computer project planning and controls software, etc. But we already have those in Qualifications. Could split.
But we must not create thin sections; prefer few substantive sections. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But headings are prescribed; we can omit headings if no content. We could have only About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. That's five sections.
We need to include all substantive info: Who we are, job family, discipline, career level, salary range, note, benefits list, duties, required qualifications, preferred qualifications, security clearance info.
We can put security clearance under Requirements (since it's a requirement). Or maybe under Qualifications.
Let's craft:

We should not include "Note for Salary" heading; just incorporate note. We must not include any boilerplate like EEO, accommodation contact, date, etc. Remove those lines. Check for duplicated lines: we removed duplicate duties. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The "Note SRNS is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer..." etc removed. Also removed "To request such an accommodation..." etc. Also removed "07-Oct-2026". Also removed "Security Clearance Information" heading but we incorporated clearance requirement under Requirements. Check for any mention of "Disclaimer" etc none. Career Band Technical Support description included. Career Level Description included. Now ensure we didn't include any placeholder like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present.
