Work Control Planner
About the role
Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, is working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau. The Work Control team at D4 End States is seeking a dynamic professional who is a self-starter willing to support the team and take an active part in making them successful.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Work Management group in the implementation of efficiency elements such as work package expediting and work package backlog tracking
- Facilitating the tracking and control of work packages in coordination with planners
- Performing project level trending of efficiency related issues through analysis of Job Control System (JCS), and other CPCCo systems
- Ensuring the materials, parts, and tools are on hand (working with engineering, material coordinators, tool crib, and procurement)
- Providing support to track and close those items that are a result of Corrective Action Plans
- Updating and inputting man-hours and job status
- Generating reports for weekly planning meeting
- Assisting with scheduling documentation issues and metrics tracking
- Performing back up support for Preventative Maintenance and Work Planning Professionals
Basic Qualifications
Intermediate Grade 14: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 2 or more years of relevant experience.
Intermediate Grade 15: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 3 or more years of relevant experience.
The higher posted level has a greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in construction industry, planning, scheduling, and/or procurement
Compensation
Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):
- Intermediate Grade 14: $81,500 - $103,750
- Intermediate Grade 15: $81,500 - $114,100
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
