- Build work control documents (WCDs) to support activity-level work at the Waste Isolation Pilot Project in Carlsbad, New Mexico.
- Collaborate with Work Week Managers to build packages or weekly schedules.
- Cook with Maintenance and other departments to ensure packages are processed through the system in a timely manner.
- Interface with support organizations and subject matter experts to provide a work document that will facilitate safe and compliant conduct of work on facility systems and components.
- Provide documents for records to other departments.
- Process all WCD records for RIDS.
- Work with Maintenance Admins on obtaining complete, auditable WCDs for completion process.
- Send Trending and Feedback Notices along with Delinquent Reporting and PM Request Form Processing to Operations, Maintenance and Engineering.
Associate’s degree with two (2) years of related experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalency with four (4) years of related experience is required.
Experience with working in computer database systems. Demonstrated experience with the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Must be at least 18 years of age; U.S. citizenship is required except in limited circumstances. See DOE Order 472.2 for additional information.
Six months experience in a Work Control Center, or six months records coordinator experience is preferred. Previous WIPP process experience. Experience with use of Computerized Maintenance.

Non-exempt grade level(s) 24-26. Salary range: $54,686 to $93,011 per year --the specific salary offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors, particularly the candidate’s relevant experience and education.
