Work-Based Learning Experience - Intern

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Shadow HR team members to observe daily HR operations and workflows
• Participate in introductory sessions on topics such as:
• What is HR Operations?
• Employee onboarding basics
• Workplace policies and compliance
• Absorb and assist with mock or sample HR tasks, such as:
• Reviewing sample onboarding checklists
• P Practicing data entry in a test or training environment (if applicable)
• Drafting sample communications (e.g., welcome emails)
• Attend team meetings or info sessions to observe cross-functional collaboration
• Work on a guided mini-project, such as:
• Presenting ideas to improve employee experience
• Creating a simple HR process map
• Receive feedback and coaching from HR professionals
