About the role

Suttle Lake Camp, established in 1922, offers a variety of programs including Summer Youth Camps, Adult Programs, Family and Inter-generational Events, Retreat & Hospitality Groups, Outdoor School, and Environmental Education. Our staff are dedicated to creating sacred spaces of Christian hospitality and learning for campers, retreat groups, churches, schools, non-profits, and community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support and facilitate camp programs and retreats for diverse groups
• Create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all participants
• Lead or assist with activities, workshops, and outdoor education sessions
• Foster community, spiritual growth, and personal development among campers and guests
• Contribute to the daily operations and upkeep of camp facilities
