About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing robust, scalable, and secure code capable of supporting high-profile websites and managing intense traffic loads. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect innovative solutions, ensuring that our platforms remain durable and extensible.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of experience working within the WordPress ecosystem, demonstrating a deep understanding of its architecture and best practices.
• At least two years of experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers is essential.
• Candidates should have a strong background in React development, with two or more years of focused experience.
• A thorough knowledge of the product development lifecycle, excellent organizational skills, and exceptional communication abilities are required.
• Proficiency in modern PHP development—including autoloading, dependency management, dependency injection, templating, automated testing, object-oriented programming, and frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel—is expected.
• Additionally, the candidate should possess mid to advanced JavaScript skills, including experience with webpack, Babel, and ES2015+ syntax, as well as expertise in HTML and CSS, preferably with PostCSS or Sass and BEM methodology.
• Familiarity with design systems, automated testing frameworks, Linux environments, and a passion for continuous improvement are highly valued.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new software solutions and maintain existing applications to ensure stability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Create, review, and update comprehensive technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously enhance our platforms.
• Write and execute tests to validate code functionality, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs promptly to minimize downtime and maintain user satisfaction.
• Measure and analyze the results of implemented solutions to optimize performance and scalability.
• Participate in troubleshooting and triaging issues, documenting findings thoroughly for future reference.
