About the role

The work Wood changes the scale and posture of a computer. We are interested in enclosures, stands, furniture, storage, and integrated work environments that make the machine part of a larger object.

Responsibilities

• Prototype enclosures, stands, desks, cabinets, and integrated workstations.
• Advise on species, movement, joinery, finish, heat, and production.
• Develop pieces that can be built responsibly in small runs.
• Project-based collaboration with potential to fabricate final objects, support editions, or grow into a broader furniture program.
