Who and What We Are Looking For
- Reliability: Excellent attendance and on-time arrival every day.

- Skills & Abilities: Good with your hands, able to read/write English, and able to regularly lift 35 lbs.
What You Will Do
- Assist in building, upholstering, assembling, and packing commercial business and hospitality furniture.
- Safely operate basic hand and power tools.
What Qualifications Do You Need to Have
- 1–3 years of experience in any of the following:
- Skilled in operating woodworking machines and hand tools to fabricate high-grade furniture OR
- Experienced in assembling parts and subassemblies using hand tools, schematics, and written instructions in a production environment OR
- Experienced in setting up and operating machinery for cabinetry, countertops, or tabletops.
- Preferred: Experience with double-end tenoners, edge banders, beam saws, or similar equipment OR experienced in upholstering framed seating, airline seating, sofas, or chairs.
- Strong manual dexterity required.

Schedule
- Workweek: Monday – Thursday (Four 10-hour days)
- Shift Options: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM OR 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM for public transportation users
- Breaks: One lunch break + two 15-minute paid breaks daily
