Lisa Harwin Speech & Language is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in Woodland Hills, CA. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive speech therapy services to individuals of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients with various speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Provide therapy sessions to patients in both group and individual settings
• Evaluate and modify treatment plans based on progress and feedback from patients and families
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and develop collaborative care plans
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in speech pathology

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• A current California State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with children and adults with a variety of speech and language disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably Psychology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or related)
• Passing scores on the Praxis II exam for Speech-Language Pathology
• Knowledge of clinical assessment tools and techniques

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
