About the company
RealCraft is a direct-to-consumer maker of premium solid wood doors and hardware in Gig Harbor, Washington. Every door is handcrafted on-site using traditional joinery and solid wood, for architects, designers, and homeowners across the US.
Responsibilities
- Receive completed doors, mantels, or countertops from the production team.
- Address small defects through re-sanding, color matching, or repair.
- Determine the correct finish for each piece, referring to the sales order.
- Apply finishes by hand (no paint booths) to doors and jamb kits as specified on the paperwork.
- Conduct a final inspection before shipment.
- Pad and wrap doors, preparing them for safe shipping.
- Maintain storage and organization of finish products.
- Pitch in on related tasks as needed: hanging doors, attaching hardware, installing silicone sweeps, and loading doors into crates.

- Ability to take direction from supervisors.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Pay
$20-$23/hour
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, consistent hours. On-site in Gig Harbor.
Working conditions
The work is hands-on: you'll be on your feet, lifting up to 70 lbs, and working closely with finish products daily.
