Women’s Resident Advocate (Hope Center)

About the role

Resident Advocates work as part of the Hope Ministries continuum of care under the direction of the Director of Women and Children's Ministries.

Responsibilities

• Effectively meet with and challenge each resident to identify obstacles, deal with issues and move towards independence
• Prioritize the spiritual life of each person within the context of a holistic approach
• Make appropriate referrals in and out of the organization
• Ensure each resident has a case plan containing goals and evaluations measuring progress
