Training & Development

Responsibilities
- One-on-one personal training (including many female clients)
- Team-style workouts focused on strength, speed, and conditioning
- Building strong relationships with members and athletes
- Supporting the adult women and youth athlete community
- Real impact on clients ages 7 through adults
Requirements
- Experience in group training and personal training
- Strong communication and leadership presence
- Passion for strength, performance, and coaching people
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
