About the role

D1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise growing rapidly. We have over 80 facilities open and 180+ in development. We inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. Our mission is to train the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance using trusted and proven training techniques.

  • Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes
  • Maximize client retention through best-in-class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability
  • Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand
  • Teach
  • Teaching proper form and technique and keeping all our athletes safe

Requirements

  • Rotating weekends required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Serving attitude
  • About 20-30 hours per week (availability for morning shift is a plus)
  • In need of female coaches only
  • Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
  • Has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA
  • Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in a group, team, or personal training setting
  • Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred)

Qualifications

  • Exhibiting passion, expertise, high energy, a positive and motivating attitude, strong character, and over-the-top customer service
  • Starting and finishing workouts on time
  • Assessing and aligning each member with the proper program
  • Building and maintaining relationships with each D1 member
  • Coaching group workouts, personal training, and teams
  • Delivering accurate, industry-leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition

Skills

  • Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
  • Valid certification accredited by the NCCA
  • Experience in strength & conditioning-related settings
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field
