D1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise growing rapidly. We have over 80 facilities open and 180+ in development. We inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. Our mission is to train the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance using trusted and proven training techniques.

- Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes
- Maximize client retention through best-in-class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability
- Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand
- Teach
- Teaching proper form and technique and keeping all our athletes safe
Requirements
- Rotating weekends required
- Reliable transportation
- Serving attitude
- About 20-30 hours per week (availability for morning shift is a plus)
- In need of female coaches only
- Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
- Has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA
- Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in a group, team, or personal training setting
- Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred)
Qualifications
- Exhibiting passion, expertise, high energy, a positive and motivating attitude, strong character, and over-the-top customer service
- Starting and finishing workouts on time
- Assessing and aligning each member with the proper program
- Building and maintaining relationships with each D1 member
- Coaching group workouts, personal training, and teams
- Delivering accurate, industry-leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition
Skills
- Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid certification accredited by the NCCA
- Experience in strength & conditioning-related settings
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field
