Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional clinical care by utilizing advanced diagnostic and treatment skills to provide personalized, high-quality medical interventions for every patient.
- Elevate care standards and cost-effectiveness by actively collaborating on quality improvement initiatives that directly enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing preferred.
- Education Master's degree of Nursing required.
Qualifications
- Past FM providers have enjoyed full patient panels.
- Join an established team of 9 physicians, 2 NP's and 1 PACall structure: no call.
- Practice setting: outpatient clinic | inpatient AM rounding.
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system.

- $3000 CME allowance + 5 dedicated CME days.
