About the role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join an established team of 7 physicians and a collaborative support structure.

• Call structure: N/A for APP
• Practice setting: Predominantly outpatient clinic with inpatient rounding support
• Access to: Dedicated exam rooms, Athena EMR in clinic, and SCM/CPN in hospital settings
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical excellence by providing high-quality, continuous OB/GYN care across morning hospital rounds and outpatient clinical sessions
• Enhance patient access and modern care delivery through a hybrid model of in-person patient evaluations and convenient virtual postpartum visits

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
• Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
• Master's degree in Nursing required

Schedule

Full-Time | 4x10s (Monday–Friday clinic coverage between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
