We invite experienced certified nurse midwives to join our Women’s Health team at Piedmont OBGYN in the South Charlotte Ballantyne area. Piedmont OBGYN is an established practice whose procedures take place at Atrium Health‑Pineville Hospital, a U.S. News & World Report top‑ranked maternity hospital. Atrium Health Pineville offers comprehensive maternity services in a warm, comfortable environment and supports multiple birthing options and individualized birth plans.

- 14 physicians and 12 advanced practice providers
- 200 monthly deliveries at Atrium Health Pineville
- Located in South Charlotte Ballantyne area
Opportunity Highlights

Shift Details
Flexibility for candidates interested in either rotating day/night shifts or a nocturnist schedule. Rotating shifts include 7 a.m.–7 p.m., 7 p.m.–7 a.m., and 7 a.m.–7 a.m. Nocturnist shifts consist of 3–4 nights per week, 7 p.m.–7 a.m. (inclusive of weekends).
Minimum Qualifications
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board and approved to practice as a Nurse Midwife in NC/SC
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (AHA) required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNM
