Women's Health- Full-Time CNM

About the role

Atrium Health Women's Care invites Certified Nurse Midwives to join our team of hospitalists at University City in North Charlotte, NC. This position is part of a collaborative team consisting of 4.6 CNM hospitalists, working with North Charlotte OB/GYN and Eastover University OB/GYN.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a dedicated team of Certified Nurse Midwives and experts in Women's Health
• Deliver care for laboring patients, including obstetrical and gynecological care in the clinic or office setting
• Rotate through 7 24-hour shifts per month

Requirements

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse
• Certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board and approved to practice as a Nurse Midwife in the state of NC
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider from AHA
• Minimum 3 years as a CNM

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a CNM
• Experience in laborist care
• Knowledge of obstetric and gynecological care

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

$54.90 - $82.35 per hour, based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.

Schedule

6-7 (24 Hour) Call Shifts per month
