Job Description

The WMS Business Coordinator II is primarily responsible for the various duties related to assets held within trust and agency accounts. The WMS Business Coordinator II works very closely with BOKF line of business team members, internal processing groups, external custodians and brokers to ensure that the account reflects the needed results.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will perform various duties that are centralized within the Wealth Management Services group for client accounts.
  • You will serve as a backup role for other needs within the business group.
  • You will proactively identify solutions or resources to complete any exception processing.
  • You will work with management to properly document processes.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field and 1+ years’ experience in the security industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
