WM Global Investment Office, UHNW International Team, Analyst
Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives to expand Alternatives OCIO penetration across international UHNW individuals and family office clients.
- Maintain existing institutional client relationships by providing world class service, processing and escalation of client requests, resolving client inquiries, and making sure key client information and documentation is up to date.
- Coordinate with portfolio managers and product teams to ensure accurate and timely investment execution.
- Process documentation related to alternative investments (capital calls, sub docs, etc.) and liaise with fund managers and custodians.
- Aid in portfolio reporting, monitoring, and operational oversight to support client mandates.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 are required after hiring (additional licensing may be required).
- 1–3 years of experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, OCIO, or Institutional Advisory.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Benefits
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $95,000 and $120,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
