About the role

At TIAA, Wealth Client Relationship Managers partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen client relationships and support financial growth through referrals. Ideal candidates are deeply curious, give and receive constructive feedback, and have a strong understanding of investment solutions and financial planning.

Responsibilities

  • Operate under moderate supervision to lead Wealth Management advisory teams.
  • Manage a book of assigned clients, implementing financial plan recommendations and coordinating asset consolidation.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently, leveraging interpersonal skills and relationship building.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients and advisors, promoting TIAA advice and planning solutions.
  • Ensure all necessary licenses and registrations are obtained within 120 days of starting the role.

Requirements

  • University degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of work experience, 3+ years preferred.
  • FINRA registrations: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66.
  • Life and Health Insurance License (responsible state).

  • Competitive base pay range: $62,500/yr - $87,500/yr.
