About the role

At TIAA, Wealth Client Relationship Managers partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen client relationships and support financial planning.

Responsibilities

  • Operate under moderate supervision to lead Wealth Management advisory teams.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, implementing financial plan recommendations and coordinating asset consolidation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and advisors, ensuring clear and concise interactions.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, supporting advisors in implementing TIAA advice and planning solutions.
  • Obtain necessary licenses and registrations within 120 days of starting the position.

Requirements

  • University degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience; 3+ years preferred.
  • FINRA registrations: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66.
  • Life and Health Insurance License (responsible state).
