About the role

The role is responsible for managing the bank's digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage social media platforms, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and retention
• Analyze SEO data to improve website ranking and drive organic traffic
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of SEO and social media analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Google Analytics and CRM systems

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with content management systems (CMS)
• Knowledge of Google AdWords and Facebook Ads
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
