About the role

We are seeking research associates to join our team at the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management (IFPM) at the University of St.Gallen. The role involves research and practical work on topics such as Leadership, Engagement, New Work, or Artificial Intelligence in innovative work contexts. These themes are explored at the institute through the lens of leadership, which is evolving significantly in the era of digital transformation and new forms of work and organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Practical collaboration with companies on trending topics in New Leadership & Work
  • Application of scientific findings to corporate practice
  • Utilization of a large database for independent research
  • Publication of empirical research in international journals
  • Experience in seminar management and university teaching
  • Scientific work within an interdisciplinary and ambitious team

Requirements

  • Interest in innovative research
  • Strong methodological and statistical skills
  • High energy and passion for leadership topics
  • Enjoyment of responsibility, organizational talent, and a high degree of initiative and flexibility
  • Excellent university degree at the master’s level in Business Administration, Psychology, Public Administration, or a related discipline
