About the role
Join our dynamic team at LaserWeeder as a Technical Support Specialist. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers through phone, email, and live chat. This role requires excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of agricultural technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Document customer issues and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Research and troubleshoot complex technical problems related to our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Train new employees on product knowledge and support processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience with agricultural technology is a plus.
