Wireman II – Intermediate (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble moderately complex electrical wiring systems and control panels
• Read and interpret multi-circuit schematics and wiring diagrams
• Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting using standard tools
• Independently resolve routine rework and wiring issues
• Support and assist in training Wireman I employees
• Ensure work meets quality, safety, and production standards

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of electrical assembly or wireman experience
• Proficiency using multimeters, hand tools, and electrical assembly equipment
• Ability to work independently on assigned builds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with control panel or industrial wiring
• Exposure to engineering changes or revision-controlled builds
• Experience providing informal support or mentoring to less-experienced wiremen
