Wireless Sales Associate - Tyler - Broadway

We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications—a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to essential services.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Build customer relationships and create long-term brand loyalty.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.
• Be reliable, punctual, and work scheduled shifts.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.
• Support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed (reliable transportation required).
• Work in person at the assigned retail store location.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Pay

$13/hour + monthly commission. Total compensation: $45,000 - $70,000 annually, based on hourly pay and commission performance.

Schedule

Approximately 40 hours per week (in-person, Tyler, TX).
