Wireless/RF/uW Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Keysight’s Field Sales team and customers.
• Deliver technical instrument and measurement automation expertise for a solution implementation based on Keysight products and services.
• Focus on various phases of the sales process including requirements analysis, feature-by-feature demonstrations, benchmarks, competitive positioning, and implementation/execution, generally allocated by project and engineering services.
• Provide opportunities to present technical seminars, training classes, consulting, demonstrations, etc. that convey the Solution Engineer’s technology expertise along with insights from Keysight products and solutions.
• Create demand for Keysight’s products and services through presentations, seminars, and demonstrations.
• Develop and build long term relationships and loyalty with customers as a resident expert while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of technical experience working in Wireless/RF/uW technologies.
• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education with emphasis in wireless communication systems.
• Strong knowledge in Cellular (5G/6G/NTN), BT, Wifi.
• Strong understanding of RF and microwave test and measurement applications, including RF/uW/mmW communications and component test.
• Understanding of Space & Satellite communications and test systems.
• Passion for continuous learning.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Python, Matlab, or C.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teammates.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a US security clearance.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Effective presentation and problem solving skills.

Pay

This position is compensated by a 90% salary and 10% commission. It yields 100% target pay achievement at 100% of targeted sales with higher commission rates once the target is exceeded.
