As a Retail Store Manager (RSM) at Arch Telecom, you will lead a retail team to bring the brand to life, embodying Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Your role involves building meaningful connections, uncovering customer needs, and recommending tailored device and service solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, demonstrating best practices to guide your team toward success.
  • Assist customers in continuing their shopping journey seamlessly, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology to meet individual customer needs.
  • Oversee all store functions, including sales, inventory, and implementation of new programs, to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Sell personalized solutions beyond basic devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Maintain store excellence by addressing service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
  • Use digital tools to enhance customer interactions and onboarding, demonstrating network coverage, plans, and troubleshooting.
  • Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills, processes, and system knowledge.
  • Build relationships with employees across channels (business, customer service) to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly.
  • Identify and handoff small business leads.
  • Develop strong peer relationships to drive company-wide accountability and success.
  • Foster a fun and engaging environment while delivering first-class customer service.

Requirements

  • Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Willingness to lead your team, share best practices, and resolve customer issues.
  • Effectiveness in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Strong communication skills for both team and customer interactions.
  • Prior wireless sales experience.

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school degree or GED.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Full-time availability (45 hours per week).
